Twenty years ago Richburg founded the company and fulfilled her entrepreneurial pursuit when she discovered more IT opportunities than she could handle alone. She recruited other talented consultants and expanded her own consulting business. Keystone is in its second decade with a strong business model geared for success.

Focusing on IT consulting and education, Richburg and Keystone continue to upgrade employee skills to increase value to clients and are inspired by the needs of their clients and the community. As MBEIC chair of the Midwest Minority Supplier Development Council, Richburg’s goals involve assisting MMSDC in providing increased partnering programs that match MBEs with both corporations and other MBEs for business opportunities, expanding education and orientation programs for MBEs, and generating opportunities to increase overall MBE growth.

Richburg’s future goals for Keystone Computer Solutions include exceeding 30 percent in growth in 2008, initiating programs to increase awareness of the IT profession for young adults and investing in its “go green” initiative.
