Stan Sena is the president and chief executive officer of SNAP Staffing Services, Incorporated. Providing Full-serv-ice Temporary Staffing with a focus on the areas of admin-istration, light industry, medical services, finance and accounting, SNAP Staffing has been in operation since and built SNAP Staffing Services on a foundation of over 25 years as a senior executive working in corporate America.

Qwest, Coors, Kaiser, Centura, The Coca-Cola Company, CH2HM Hill, and Pepsi are among the extensive client that SNAP provides a wide range of administrative and staffing support. The company’s staffing roster includes: receptionists, secretaries, data entry personnel, accountants, medical billers, nurses, medical assistants, x-ray technicians, production personnel, warehouse, transportation and assembly sup-port, engineers et al.

As the MBEIC chair of the Rocky Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council, Stan has a number of goals for his constituency including increasing MBE participation with-in the council to expand their network and business capacity; increasing dialogue between MBEs and corporate members to generate alliances; and highlighting existing opportunities between corporate members and MBEs.

Future goals for SNAP include growing its market share in the Rocky Mountain area and Incorporating both an organic growth format and an acquisition strategy to build on to the business model, Sena and his team plan to take SNAP Staffing Services into new service areas for its clients including IT, technical and recruiting.
